Patterson-Klein Wedding Slideshow

Here is a slideshow of images from Brittany and Alex's wedding and reception at Gurney's Inn in Montauk, NY. This was my second wedding at Gurney's and just like the first this was a fun one. This also may have been the first, and perhaps also the last, wedding ever to close the evening with a song featuring Will Farrell's singing in a song from the movie Stepbrothers.

Here is a slideshow of images from Kamille and Stuart's wedding and reception at Manhattan Penthouse in New York City. This day started out very quietly with just the bride, a hair stylist and the couple's dog. The energy level picked up when when all the bridesmaids and others from the bride's family arrived including a well dressed complement of kids arrived. From that point on, it was a festive celebration of the couple and their special day.

It was a pleasure, photographing Nancy and Bobby's Wedding at St. Peter's Church in Danbury, CT and reception at the Candlewood Inn in Brookfield, CT. The beautiful location on Candlewood Lake, a classic Corvette, and a performance by the groom's band at the end of the evening added to what was already a very special day.

Here are some of my favorite images from Kristi and Craig's wedding at Timber Point Golf Course in Great River, NY. This was a really nice wedding with a lot of young kids, who were particularly fun to photograph and to interact with. Having a beautiful day and a great location for the formals in the Bayard-Cutting Arboretum was great for the couple and just as nice for their photographer!

Here are some of my favorite images from Abby and Joel's Wedding at The Estate at Florentine Gardens in Westwood, NJ. This was a very fun wedding of an opera singer to a trumpet player with some interesting guests as well. It was also a day that went by too quickly as they often do and I wish I had just a little more time to capture a few more images.

I say this all the time but I really do get to work with wonderful people and this was again the case. Here are some of my favorite images from Natalie and Matt's wedding at St. Agnes Cathedral in Rockville Centre, NY and reception at The Hamlet Golf and County Club in Commack, NY. It was a pleasure being part of this very nice couple's day. In addition, the bride's sister, Vita, made my job easy as she tactfully kept us on schedule all day and was there to help whenever I needed anything.

Here are some images from Tong and Doug's rehearsal dinner and wedding day. The rehearsal dinner was held on a terrace at the couple's apartment building in Manhattan. The wedding day started with the couple getting ready at their apartment followed by visiting Central Park for some pictures and then to the Lexington Yacht for the wedding ceremony and reception. The yacht sailed around Manhattan under the recent supermoon, an unusually bright  and large full moon. It was a great day and wonderful evening and I want to express my gratitude to the couple and their guests for being so great to work with, particularly my incredibly helpful unofficial assistant Stephen.

Here is a slideshow of images from Valerie and Peter's Wedding at Race & Religious in New Orleans, Louisiana. New Orleans has a decidedly different feel from New York and was a great location for this destination wedding at one of the most interesting and historic venues that I have ever visited. Add to that a very fun crowd, many of whom ended up in the pool, and it made for a very memorable day.

Here are a few images from Tara and Jonathan's Wedding at Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Malverne, NY and reception at The Watermill in Smithtown, NY. It was a beautiful day for a wedding and Tara and Jonathan were as much fun to photograph as it was getting to know them over the last year.

Here are a few images from Danielle and Anthony's Wedding at Fox Hollow in Woodbury, NY. This was another great couple I got to work with and the biggest party crowd I have seen in some time. This was also the first time that the groom of his own accord took my camera to take a picture of me with his guests on the dance floor. It was a great day and night and I was very honored to be the photographer for such a nice couple.

Here are a few images from Kaylan and Chris' Wedding at Merriweather Manor in Leesburg, VA. This was a great location to take pictures in, especially as I grew up not far from this location. Everyone had a great time and there were may fun and unique moments, a few of which you can see in this slideshow.

I recently had the pleasure of photographing Jaime and Lee's wedding at The Royalton at Roslyn Country Club. Jaime and Lee are a pleasantly eccentric couple that I really enjoyed getting to know in the time leading up to their wedding. Jaime's emotive expressions, a great venue, and fantastic light made this a great wedding to photograph.

Here are some of my favorite images from Megan and Ryan's Wedding at Holy Spirit Church in New Hyde Park, NY and reception at Chateau La Mer in Lindenhurst, NY. This was a fun day and the first of mine to feature a bride irish step dancing. The appearance of a nearly full moon capped the evening as we took some moonlit photos of the couple. A side note is that at the time we took these pictures the moon was less than 20 hours from the closest it will come to earth over the course of the year.

Most weddings are a bit of an adventure and this was no exception, especially when the couple's beloved dog executed a clever plan to secure an unplanned mid-day visit from the bride and groom, apparently to see them all dressed up.

Scott is a great friend of mine from college and I have gotten to know Evelyn pretty well as they have been together quite some time and I even had the privilege of photographing her sister's Elianne's wedding in 2011. It was an honor to be a part of such a great day and to share these images with you now.
