I got out to a number of events this past weekend and thought I'd share some of the images with you all. You can check them out in this online album. There are 24 different images and I posted color and black and white versions of each.
So you know the context, the first and last pictures (1 & 24) are of my roomate Gretal who spent most of the weekend napping. Shots 2-5 of the memorials and 6-8 of a local band are from Saturday night. On Sunday, I took some pictures, actually a lot, at the Rolling Thunder Motorcycle Parade for awarness of POW/MIA issues (9-15) and then made it to the Viva Vienna Town Fair in time to catch a couple motion blurs of the ferris wheel and rides (16-17). Sunday I went to Arlington National Cemetery and took some of my favorite images from the weekend (18-23). I took a few pictures of George W. there, which I found to be pretty overrated. The people in the crowd were much more interesting.
